1: Check and clean or replace furnace air filters each month during the heating season.

3: Check dehumidifier and clean if necessary.

4: Check eaves troughs and downspouts for loose joints and leaks, clear any obstructions, and ensure water flows away from your home for at least 6 feet.

5: Have your fireplace or wood stove and chimney cleaned and serviced as needed.
